I. Opt-In Consent

By creating an account with CarrDealer.com, you, as a vehicle dealership manager, explicitly consent to receive communications related to your CarrDealer and Carnomaly accounts. These communications may include, but are not limited to, notifications and account updates and alerts.

Specifically, you agree to the following:
  • Text Messages: You give CarrDealer.com permission to send text messages to the mobile phone number you provide during the user account creation process for the purpose of communicating about your CarrDealer and Carnomaly accounts. This includes a notification sent directly to your account regarding new vehicle auctions and vehicle quote updates.
  • Emails: By providing your email address, you consent to receive email communications related to your account activities, service updates, and other notices.

Note: Your mobile phone number and email address will not be used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Communication will be limited to essential notifications related to your account or services you’ve subscribed to.

II. Opt-Out Right

You have the right to opt out of receiving communications from CarrDealer.com at any time. However, please note that opting out of communications may affect your ability to receive essential information regarding your account.

To opt out, you can take the following actions:
  • Text Messages: Reply “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages except for critical communications that are necessary for account management, such as security alerts or important service updates.
  • Emails: You can unsubscribe from email communications by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in the footer of every email message we send. Alternatively, you can update your email preferences directly through your account settings on the CarrDealer.com website.
  • Account Settings: You can also manage your communication preferences (email, text, etc.) directly through your account settings page on CarrDealer.com.
III. Important Notes
  • Essential Communications: Opting out of non-essential communications (such as marketing or promotional content) will not affect your receipt of critical updates, such as those necessary for account security, service outages, or urgent notifications.
  • Changes to Preferences: If you update your contact information or preferences, please be aware that changes may not take effect immediately. You may continue receiving communications based on your previous settings until updates are fully processed.
